🚨 We’re Hiring | Quality Control Manager

Olio Food Industries is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team in Obour Industrial Area.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Control team across production and laboratory operations.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC and applicable food safety regulations.

• Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products.

• Ensure effective implementation of QC procedures, specifications and inspection plans.

• Manage laboratory testing and ensure accuracy and reliability of results.

• Investigate quality deviations, non-conformities and customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions.

• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Maintenance and other departments to maintain product quality and food safety standards.

• Ensure readiness for internal, external and regulatory audits.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Control within Food & Beverage manufacturing.

• Proven experience in a QC Manager / QC Section Head role.

• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS and food safety requirements.

• Strong experience in food laboratory operations and quality testing.

• Experience in frozen food manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English.
