🚨 We’re Hiring | Quality Control Manager
Olio Food Industries is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team in Obour Industrial Area.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Quality Control team across production and laboratory operations.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, BRC and applicable food safety regulations.
Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products.
Ensure effective implementation of QC procedures, specifications and inspection plans.
Manage laboratory testing and ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
Investigate quality deviations, non-conformities and customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Maintenance and other departments to maintain product quality and food safety standards.
Ensure readiness for internal, external and regulatory audits.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Quality Control within Food & Beverage manufacturing.
Proven experience in a QC Manager / QC Section Head role.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS and food safety requirements.
Strong experience in food laboratory operations and quality testing.
Experience in frozen food manufacturing is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English.
